Cure Hepatitis C Act 2025

While this bill is focused on funding to end Hepatitis C, it makes an enormous class of aliens eligible for funds under the bill, including: aliens lawfully admitted for permanent residence, aliens paroled into the United States for at least one year, refugees and asylees, certain entrants under the Refugee Education Assistance Act and other specific appropriations acts, certain special immigrants from Iraq or Afghanistan, citizens or nationals of Afghanistan and Ukraine, victims of severe trafficking, certain unaccompanied alien children with special immigrant or nonimmigrant status, residents under a Compact of Free Association, Cuban and Haitian entrants, and aliens granted conditional entry or withholding of deportation or removal.
