No Sanctuary Cities Act of 2026

This bill allows the Attorney General to sue sanctuary jurisdictions for injunctive relief requiring cooperation with detainer requests and to deem sanctuary jurisdictions found by a court to be refusing to cooperate ineligible for DOJ grants.
