Fair Wages for Farmworkers Act

This bill requires the use of State occupational employment and wage estimates in the Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics Survey to calculate the adverse effect wage rate for agricultural workers. The bill also authorizes DHS to begin processing an H-2A petition simultaneously with the Department of Labor.
