GLOBE Act of 2025

- Makes identification as LGBTQI as being a member of a particular social group for refugee status.
- Repeals the one-year filing requirement for asylum.
- Requires taxpayers to fund legal counsel for illegal aliens.
- Bars detention for illegal alien members of "vulnerable groups."
