EO 14218 Act of 2025

This bill codifies the "Ending Taxpayer Subsidization of Open Borders" executive order, which directs all Federal agencies to identify programs providing eligibility for cash and non-cash public benefits to illegal immigrants in violation of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996, and requires a similar review of all payments to States and localities to ensure no subsidization of illegal immigration is occurring.
