To require the Secretary of the Treasury to designate certain covered organizations as Foreign Financial Threat Organizations, and for other purposes.

This bill-

  • Requires the Secretary of the Treasury to designate a foreign entity as a Foreign Financial Threat Organization (FFTO).
  • Freezes assets for FFTO once designated, Congress is notified, and the designation is published in the Federal Register. 
  • Includes the same punishments for the FFTO as those of designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO).
